Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper (optional)
  • Shredded cheese, vegetables or pre-cooked meat (optional)

Directions

1. Spray a small microwave-proof bowl with no-stick cooking spray.

2. Crack 2 eggs into the bowl.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of milk.

4. Add additional ingredients if you like (season before or after cooking).

5. Cook on high for 1 minute, stir and cook for 1 minute.

Let it cool for up to one minute and zap, you have a delicious breakfast and only one dish to clean! And the energy cost? Less than one cent at a typical household electric rate.
